I [Judy Coleridge] have very much been wanting to contribute myself something to the wider community, and am a bit stuck for what to do. I have however recorded 4 relaxations, which I have given to people in various ways, prisons, counselling clients, tai chi students, in fact anyone who is stressed who needs to learn to relax for a while. And this is a stressy time for sure.
So, this is really easy, the person has only to click on the link, and up will come a little explanation, its important to read this, and then the 4 relaxations, which don’t actually need to be heard through headphones, and can be heard on any device. There is no video with it.
